Visited this place for the second time on the 8th of Sep 2018 after a bit of refurbishment and was pleasantly surprised to see big improvements since the last time we were here approximately a year and a half ago. Most of the air canons were now functioning and they had added a couple of new attractions such as the colourful woven climbing structure and the dark room with the giant inflated balls. Overall my kid really enjoyed it with her Friend!

“Came here on a public holiday at 11am. Crowded but manageable. The playground is more suitable for age 5 and above as there are kids running around without much parents supervision. Some boys can be rowdy. They have bean bags all over the place for parents and a chilling room for parents to have power nap. The cost is good for SAFRA members as it’s unlimited play and the car park rate is affordable. Great for kids but nothing to do for parents.”

“Poor management of the place with high expectations. Some area the ceilings are too low to cross over. Navigation for play is confusing. Most areas are not working like the guns canon and TV games”

“A huge and spacious place. Very fun for small and older kids. Poor review is for this Chinese receptionist who was super unhelpful and busy scrolling her phone. Kudos to this Malay lady who was so friendly and smiley!”
