“came down to bouncetopia here with my two niece and they were greeted very warmly by two chinese girls! had an amazing time here and the place was very well decorated! love the vibes! the two girls named Taegen and Geraldine very kindly organised some games and competition, which was very fun for both me and the children! love their enthusiasm and good to have different theme activities every month! highly recommended and would be visiting their other outlets soon!”

“The place has the best of both worlds - trampolines and a bouncy castle which is great coz my youngest loves both. Got a really good deal for 7 passes (kid+adult) at fraction of the cost. Staff were really friendly too. Highly recommended.”

“I would like to share my concerns about the slides: they are worn out and scratched. And it’s really painful once you slide down fast and then abruptly just brake on that scratched portion of the slide, since it’s not slippery any more. Please please please!!! Do something about it!!! We have just bought VIP pass for the whole year. Without the slides play for children is not so much fun. And money spent is not worth it. The rest all ok.”

“Went on a weekend (Saturday), with a 6yo and 4yo, it was very crowded and a lot of older kids. One of our friends kids (6yo) was pushed and fell off a slide, then an older boy fell on her, and suffered a fractured arm. When we asked the management for some CCTV footage to ascertain the location of where the accident happened and how severe the injury inflicted might be, they gave a poor reason that their bouncy castle area had "blind spots" and the camera would not have picked it up, and upon being pressed a junior staff explained the person in charge was on leave that day so they could not access any footage. Upon surveying the place, we realized that there was not a SINGLE surveillance camera in the play compound (trampoline or bouncy castle area), except for two ceiling ones at the entrance to keep track of their entrants and cash register (as in photos attached). I left my number with the staff, but into a week later have still no follow-up or conclusive accountability from the management. We did sign an incidental waiver form, so I would say enter with caution, and if you have younger kids it's imperative to keep two eyes on them as it can honestly be quite dangerous.”
