We had an amazing time at Yooland! I brought my kids, and they absolutely loved the wide variety of play areas. Thereβs plenty of space for them to explore, which kept them entertained for hours. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping the environment fun and safe. Overall, itβs a fantastic place to bring kids for a day of active fun. We loved it and will definitely be back.

βA true wonderland for kids. The play area is fun with varied activities. It is also well kept with friendly and conscientious staff (special shoutout to Janet). While itβs geared towards children of primary school age and below, I have occasionally seen teens enjoy themselves tremendously with their younger siblings. My daughter loves it. βA vibrant and well-designed indoor playground thatβs perfect for toddlers and younger kids. Yooland at Westgate feels brand new β clean, brightly lit, and packed with interactive zones, including a massive ball pit, mini trampolines, a pretend play area (βSpace Kitchenβ), and lots of padded play equipment. The outer-space theme adds a playful futuristic vibe. However, at $25 for just an hour, itβs on the pricey side. That said, youβre paying for a safe, air-conditioned environment with clear zoning, attentive staff, and thoughtful touches like ample seating for parents. Worth visiting at least once if youβre in the area or looking for a treat day out β just go early to avoid peak crowd times.β

βI brought my child here and saw mold mainly in the ball pit area, so we avoided it and did not visit for a long time. After a recent renovation and the addition of new web play structures, I expected a total renovation and proper cleaning. Apparently not. However, the situation appears worse. Mold is now visibly present not only in high-contact areas children touch but also on elevated, low-contact surfaces, together with heavy dust accumulation. This indicates a systemic hygiene and moisture-control issue rather than normal wear or βaging fabric.β Several damaged areas are only patched with tape, few digital interactive screens removed / are no longer working, and a new consent form liability waiver has been introduced since many kids injured themselves. ChatGPT confirmed the presence of mold, accumulation of skin oil, bacteria, dust and dirt over the years without insufficient cleaning regime that creates this situation. It is presenting legitimate health and safety concern. I have attached the screenshot on chatGPT analysis. The current presence of 2 cleaning lady is too late and insufficient. They need to do total refurbishing and special mold disinfection is required.β
