The prices of the games were reasonable and the value for me sure shot up way higher than the investment. Overall, I had the time of my life at the video arcade store and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to pass the time. The staff was courteous and accommodating, the games were of the best quality, and the environment was simply perfect. I give this store a whopping five-star rating for its excellent service and dedication.”

“The malay female staff very helpful! I was playing a coin pusher and kept troubling her due to the ball inside the machine keep stuck. After I was done, she very kind enough to inform me I need like few more thousands ticket to get the 5 lucky draw. I went other outlets they never even inform me.”

“I'm here to complaining your staffs Oh well.. when I seen so many complaining feedback at here .. I'm so surprise this branch is still opening haven't even completely shut off !! Should not open since their management is really horrible!!! I spent so much money they can't even have a basic customer service!! They act like gangsters!!!! Police doesn't even care??! At Jurong point branch 19 Dec Friday around 12:30-2pm one of your male staff who's wearing blue t-shirt.. accused me that make spoiled the machine and I told him I'm not the one who's did this , I put in the token is the correct tokens is all I bought from the tokens machine and obviously he continues insisted to accused me ! I went to different machine and play all got problem with it, keep on need to scan qr code and call the staffs for help and I being waiting for 30mins+ don't have any staff come and help. I went to the counter area there's wearing red t-shirt lady she's very rude keep on using her mobile and ignore me for alot of time when I asked for help even scolding me just because she doesn't want to help!! I knew buy the tokens can't be refunds.. it's very angry you staffs behavior is like that! I'm so scared your staffs gathering to beat me up they behave like gangsters!!!! So scary!!! I'm not sure is the correct way your management teach them to be like this!!”

“Visited today on 15 Nov at around 4:55pm to exchange $20 for 44 tokens. When I inserted my first $10, the machine immediately converted it to 11 tokens. I approached the cashier an aunty with gold hair tied up —and politely explained the situation, asking if I could just top up another $10 to make it 44 tokens. She stared at me for about 3 seconds, gave no reply at all, then simply shook her head. No explanation, no help, nothing. Honestly "Best" customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know what happened to her day, but as a customer just trying to clarify.”
