“I’m so thankful to the amazing cinema staff! My daughter accidentally lost her favourite Tamagotchi toy during our visit. We came back a few days later to check, and they had safely kept it for us. She was overjoyed to get it back. We really appreciate the honesty and kindness of the team — it meant so much to us. Wonderful service and truly caring staff!”

“Golden Village Tampines is a great place to watch movies, especially Hindi films. I usually watch Hindi movies here, and the experience is always comfortable. It’s also perfect for Chinese, Tamil, English, and kids’ movies. Good screens, clear sound, and a nice overall vibe.”

“The cinema is clean, with facilities to bin litter. Proper signages are displayed for patrons. Snacks can be purchased online and redeemed at the Cinema Hall or can also be purchased on site. The cinema has vending machines conveniently placed for that additional snack. Air-conditioning was really good and the place was clean. The customer service staff though were not exactly friendly especially the gentleman manning the gate. He seemed indifferent and did not bother to say "welcome" nor bothered to acknowledge my "thank you"”

“Very disappointing experience at Golden Village. The elderly lady checking tickets was extremely rude and aggressive. It honestly felt as if she was checking tickets that she had paid for from her own pocket. Her facial expressions were angry, and her behavior was unwelcoming. As it was my first time at this outlet, I was unsure how to scan the ticket. Instead of offering help or guidance, she showed visible aggression without even speaking properly. She also appeared irritated with everyone else in the queue. I paid for a movie to relax and enjoy my time, but instead was met with unnecessary negativity at the entrance. This completely spoiled the experience. I will not be visiting this theatre again.”
