The toys are great and actually catchable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to de-stress and have fun. Can’t wait to come back again — 10/10!”

“I had a very unpleasant experience at Cow Play Cow Moo recently. My family and I won a large number of chips from the games and went to the cashier to ask for help counting them so we could know how many tickets we would receive. One of the boxes was even already sorted to make things easier. Unfortunately, the cashier (Monica) was extremely unhelpful. She gave us a very hostile look and didn’t even attempt to touch or count the chips. We were genuinely just asking for assistance, not trying to cause trouble. To make things worse, another customer behind us complained that we were “holding up the line,” which added to the stress of the situation. There was no effort from the cashier to manage the situation professionally or politely. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due — the staff in blue shirts were very helpful and kind. Shoutout to the Ah De, the other male staff in blue, and the girl without a uniform — they were friendly, patient, and made the experience much better. Overall, customer service really depends on who you get. I hope management can address this because no customer deserves to be treated with such attitude when simply asking for help.”

“Spent hundreds of dollars collecting their carnival tickets and ended up unable to redeem the plush toy we wanted, was told each plush toy can only be redeeemed with specific booth tickets (eg cinnaman roll plushie can ONLY be redeemed using cinnamon roll tickets). Was then pushed to outside servicing booth from the carnival for redemption, was then again pushed to another carnival booth for redemption of things. Very disorganized and unreliable on winnings. You want to make things already so hard to win, and not flexible on the redemptions, a big wasting of everyone's time, money and the kid's emotions.”

“I appreciate the effort from the team during my visit. However, I felt that the counter staff could be more proactive and helpful in guiding customers, as it was quite difficult to get the assistance I needed. The technical staff also tried to help but were unable to resolve the problem fully. I believe with better support and clearer communication, the overall experience can be much improved.”
