“Had a wonderful and enjoyable time at TZ @ OTH. Despite it being the school holidays, the place was not crowded. Probably, because it was early noon on a weekday. So if anyone wants to patronize freely, you may chose to come over on weekdays. Also, they are having promotion and it was worth! All the machines were well maintained, and I was very impressed that almost none were out of order. There was also a wide variety of items available for ticket redemption. Special thanks to Nini, who was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the products and services. Outstanding service from the TZ OTH team. We will definitely be back again. “I had a fantastic experience thanks to the cheerful and helpful staff Rukshana at Timezone. Tho I was there during a crowded period with my niece, she was genuinely friendly, & always ready to assist, and made my visit enjoyable. She was also good with kids, able to keep kids engaged and still multitask with other customers! Her positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made everything fun! Highly recommend their outlet as it truly made a difference! Didn’t mind taking the time to type this review as staff like her should be recognised!”
