We had such a fun time here! Itβs a big indoor playground with lots of things for the kids to do ball pit, sand pit, trampoline and some really exciting slides. My 4 year old and 3 year old absolutely loved it. Thereβs lots of activities for older kids too ! The place was clean and well-kept (we went during off-peak hours), and all the staff were super helpful. Big thanks to Joanne at the counter.she was really friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommend if youβre looking for a fun spot to take your children :)

βA great place for the Easties to bring their kids to play. They can spend half a day here enjoying themselves. Itβs nice to go during weekdays as itβs not so crowded. Parents get to rest at the tables just right next to the playground and enjoy coffee from the vending machines while they are still able to watch the children moving around. Located at East side, itβs within minutes walk from Tampines bus interchange.β

βWent there on childrenβs day (3 Oct). Reach there around 11.45am. Took me and my kids to find the place about 5mins as the place is quite inside (middle building). The place was a bit bigger then other indoor playground that those I went before. Reach there, the place is already open and other kids fun. As the website put weekday and weekend. So I followed the weekday time. The queue was not long when I reach there. When queuing need to fill up kids and parents particulars. Reach the counter show them and I book 2hrs of play time. The payment is only by PayNow or cash ONlY. After payment other staff will put the wristband on ours hands and there is small lockers to put our small staff in and there also shoes rack too. Before going in, u need to tap in using the wristband and the machine will let u know how many time remaining. My kids enjoyed themselves. They love the high Element and rock climbing. When playing for 1hr, the line is super long. For rock climbing and high element they will check kids hight and anti slip socks.β

βSkyhop @ Tampines is a wonderful spot for kids of all ages to have fun. The play zone is thoughtfully designed with activities ranging from slides, ball pits, rock climbing, and obstacle courses β making it engaging whether youβre bringing infants, toddlers, or older kids. I also appreciated the waiting area inside, which is comfortable for parents, and the convenience of shoe racks that keep things organized. The only area I felt could be improved was the cleanliness of the restrooms, especially since theyβre used frequently by children. With a bit more attention there, the experience would be perfect. Overall, itβs a great place to spend time with kids, and Iβd definitely recommend it to families looking for a safe and fun indoor play space.β
