📍 Singapore, Central
A large indoor climbing facility with bouldering walls, top-rope climbing, auto-belays, and endurance walls across three Singapore locations. The Kent Ridge outlet also features a swimming pool, sauna, treadmills, spin bikes, and a fully equipped weights gym.
My favorite bouldering gym in Singapore! It may not have the nice arch feature Boulder+ has, and a little out of the way (still not too far from the MRT), but has a lot going for it (and helps that it doesn't get as crowded as say Boulder World!). Great monthly rates ($80, after a one-time $100 startup fee), relaxed vibes, and excellent facilities. 3 large bouldering areas with a spacious layout, good height walls, and a variety of wall angles, on the 3rd floor of the Oasis building in Science Park. It also has a large workout gym, campus rungs, a 2016 Moonboard, generous bathrooms and showers, a sauna, and access to the swimming pool! I enjoyed the route-setting from slab to overhanging, especially the intermediate grades V4 and up. An unusual 'battery-level' grading system which I found to approximate the V grade by subtracting one from the number of bars (so, up to V7 graded). Mats were a little stiff but hopefully will get better as time goes on, since this is still a relatively new gym. Has a pro shop selling Pamo brushes and Asakusa shoes. Free wifi and open spaces for gatherings complete the package. Will be back in the future!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Reviewers say the gym 'has a lot going for it' with 'excellent facilities' and 'a very clean facility.' One parent brought their daughters and noted 'even my 65-year-old mum and 50-year-old uncle — first-time climbers — had a go.' A regular visitor calls it 'my new happy place' and praises the 'incredible positive atmosphere' and 'friendly staff who make you feel right at home.'

“Truly one of the best climbing gyms in Singapore. Place is huge. Many spots for bouldering, both for beginner and advanced levels. There’s even a section for top rope, endurance walls, a gym, pool, sauna etc. also cozy corners to chill, do work or chit chat. If it weren’t so out of the way I would definitely be coming here more often. But truly truly worth a visit, you can definitely spend your entire day here no problem.”

“My girls were very excited to check out the new climbing gym - fitbloc. A very cool and modern gym to hang out at. They have interesting and colourful holds and routes suited for people of all levels. Even my 65yr old mum & 50yr uncle (first time climber)had a go! On top of this, they have a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool & sauna. Definitely coming back again.”
