1 / 3Boulder Movement Rochor
π Singapore, Central
Boulder Movement Rochor is an indoor bouldering gym in Tekka Place offering beginner-through-intermediate routes, specialty walls including endurance and kilter boards, climbing classes, and highly praised birthday party packages.
My favourite bouldering gym so far! Great in facilities, service, customer care and cleanliness. Even the community is supportive and collaborative. Some gyms have a lingering air of chalk but Rochor never has one! Very spacious and lots of memories forged here. Would like to commend Kenny from BM Rochor who kept a calm composure and swift and decisive action when my friends got injured from the rock wall. Heβs been very helpful at giving solicited tips and great at harnessing the power of community! I started my bouldering journey here and have brought at least 10+ newbies here who have gone on to climb on their own too! FOREWARNING: YOUβLL GET ADDICTED TO THIS PLACE!! Iβve visited many gyms and i always go back here cuz it feels like homeβ€οΈ
π Family Action Verdict
An excellent choice for families wanting structured birthday party experiences around rock climbing, with staff who create genuinely fun and instructive sessions for children. The beginner-friendly route range and supportive community atmosphere make first visits feel welcoming.

βHeld a birthday party here for my 9 yr old and her friends n they all had a blast. Joash n his colleague were amazing. Kids were first taught some basics, then practised on the walls and we ended with some challenges and games. The 2nd floor was a great 'private' space for most of the activities. And we had a little sofa area on the 1st floor for light snacks and cake.β

βClean with great wall layout and wonderful lighting. Routes range from absolute beginner to intermediate+. The gym has a few cool feature like an endurance wall, kilter and co-ordi training wall. Definetly recommend if you are interested in bouldering. Only downside is that entry is pretty steep but a season pass is worth it if you like the gym.β

βThe gym feels poorly managed now as compared to before. It's super dusty and it's quite absurd that a boulder gym should run out of a very basic first aid supply like plasters. I had an open and bleeding flapper and the box containing plasters was empty. I asked the staff if there's anymore and they answered no and that was that, they went back to doing whatever they were doing. There was also no effort made to try asking if other climbers may have plasters or to pop by a nearby shop to purchase more.β
