1 / 3Children's Museum Singapore
π Museum, Central
Children's Museum Singapore occupies a historic colonial building near City Hall, with interactive exhibits teaching Singapore's history through hawker culture, stamps, and hands-on craft spaces. Advance timed-entry booking is required.
This is our second time here. Used to be Singapore Philatelic Museum so probably that's why there are still some props and information on stamps. Which I pretty like because soon Singapore kids will no longer know how stamps with interesting designs looks like. The ground floor stays pretty much the same, but the second floor setup seems to refresh periodically. Play + Make is nice corner for older kids who have better control to make crafts themselves. The staff is very friendly and helpful (in fact, I think all the staff in the museum are very pleasant, thanks for contributing to the positive experience!). There is also a corner which is reserved for young kids up to 4 years old. Unfortunately the building is a bit small but so far it managed to keep my 10yo well entertained for 1hr+. Make reservations in advanced to ensure you can enter the museum at preferred slot. But when I tried to cancel the booking the site is not working, hope they enhance the app to make it better.
π Family Action Verdict
"Our 23-month-old toddler enjoyed her time thoroughly. We covered both levels in under two hours. The museum's cleanliness is worth mentioning β especially the toilets. Staff were very polite and approachable. Would recommend other parents to come."

βWe recently visited this museum for some exploration and playtime with the kids. It offers a good mix of interactive play areas and exhibits that introduce the history of Singapore in an engaging way. Weβve been visiting yearly for the past three years, and this time there were noticeably more visitors than before. The museum isnβt very large, so it felt a little crampedβpossibly due to it being a public holiday. Itβs advisable to purchase your tickets beforehand. Admission is free for locals and PRs, and there is a designated pram parking zone, which is very convenient for families with young children. Overall, itβs still a pleasant place for toddlers to enjoy interactive play and for older kids to learn about Singaporeβs history in a fun and hands-on way.β

βLove the museum so much! My kid enjoyed it too, though would love to have more time there. Each slot is around 1 hr 45 min. She learnt all about Singaporeβs history and the things we used to have in the past. Museum is very well maintained and spacious for exploration.β
