1 / 3Battlebox
π Museum, Central
An authentic underground bunker at Fort Canning Hill that served as Allied headquarters during the 1942 Malayan Campaign. Visitors explore original rooms through an audio-guided tour covering the final days leading to Singapore's surrender.
First visit since primary school, and Iβd honestly forgotten about Battlebox until I came across the escape game. The experience was surprisingly immersive β with life-size figures, audio effects, and detailed setups that recreate what happened leading up to Singaporeβs surrender. What made it even more impactful was that itβs set right at the actual historical site where these events took place. Itβs not a huge space, but definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

βWonderful and unique museum in which we were able to go into the bunker itself and experience the tight spaces and musty walls. Filled with exhibition pieces and information boards. Great place to learn about and "feel" the war upclose.β

β10000% recommended. You book the ticket online (free option and paid option with audio guide available) and present it at this shop. They give you the access to the bunker. Very eerie and interesting, would absolutely recommendβ
