You get to try your hand at managing flights, handling baggage, and making quick decisions under pressure. It really puts things into perspective when you realise that Changi handles tens of thousands of bags and passengers every single day, yet everything somehow feels calm and organised when you’re just a traveller passing through. The studio also doesn’t shy away from flexing Changi’s achievements — and honestly, it deserves it. As you explore, you’ll learn how Changi connects Singapore to hundreds of cities around the world and why it keeps winning “World’s Best Airport” awards like it’s second nature. Some of the interactive games are even inspired by real airport operations, so for a moment, you’re basically role-playing as airport staff trying to keep everything on schedule. Overall, Changi Experience Studio is a great place to visit whether you’re waiting for a flight, exploring Jewel, or just curious about what goes on behind the scenes. It’s educational without being dry, fun without being childish, and it left me with a whole new appreciation for how much work goes into making Changi Airport feel effortless. Definitely worth a visit if you want to be entertained and learn something new at the same time.”

“We visited the Changi Experience Studio at Jewel on a Saturday morning and were blown away by how fun and interactive it was! Residents can make use of the SG60 promotion for a great offer package! From racing a Porsche against a plane, to exploring the behind the scenes magic of airport operations, the entire space was filled with creative exhibits that blended play and learning beautifully. What stood out most was how family-friendly it was. The kids were completely immersed in the games challenging one another with their scores. There’s something for every age, and even adults will find the simulations and airport trivia fascinating. Entry was seamless. The staff were friendly, and the space is clean, well-lit, and comfortably air-conditioned. What was planned as a 1 hr visit, took us more than 2hrs instead! An educational and highly entertaining experience!”
