“THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TWO MALAY STAFF OMGGGG i didn't get ur names but thank you so much for helping me get back my fallen earbud 😭😭 it slipped out of my ear by accident and fell in between the gaps of the seat and i thought i would never be able to get it back. because there was no way for my hands to fit between the gaps and i didnt know how to lift the chair up. the cleaner aunty also asked me to approach the staff at the counter for help. the earbud is super precious to me because it's a earbud from txt's collaboration with jbl and costed me $250 😭😭😭 i'm so so grateful. those men weren't sure if they would be able to help me lift the chair but they somehow managed to help me open the chair up 😭😭😭😭 this unfortunate incident that inconvenienced those two guys happened between 5:14pm to 5:20pm on 20 October 2025 💔 if u guys are seeing this i owe u a big thank u and may luck and good things come to you 🫶🏻🫶🏻”

“Derrick Low and his team of food counter and ticketing staff are 10/10!! We hosted our son’s birthday party with his friends here with a movie experience - 16 of us in total. Derrick advised us on the right food order, helped organize packets for each of the kids and a bunch of other things. Everyone was just amazing, helpful, kind, entirely customer experience focused - all without being asked or pushed. They just did it naturally from the moment we walked in. We will definitely be going back to watch a movie as a family even though we don’t have toddlers just because of Derrick and team. “Finally decides to catch a movie here but was slightly disappointed with the smaller than expected screen in its IMax theater. Watched Avatar in 3D and despite being in "best" seat (D12), the edges of the screen were visible and rob the immersive experience a little.”

“Came to watch “Materialist” and wanted to splurge and upgraded to try the Lumier as I had not try it before and I would say it’s quite an okay experience. Well I must say it’s slightly better than standard cinema (With Smaller Capacity Hall, Wider Seats) but it do have its down sides. For starters I paid $33 for my ticket on a weekday. It comes with $7 Meal Credit (I had to Top Up $2.50 to get the Nachos Combo) As for the seat, There’s a mini table, cup holder and one USB Port Seat Button Function Well, However as I’m (180cm/5” 11) as such I’m unable to fully extend the seat fully as my legs will hit the seat infront Apart from the above mentioned, I think overall it’s a pretty alright experience, nothing “Wow” about it but it good to have aleast give it a try!”
