I don't usually leave reviews but the staff here absolutely deserves a five star. The young lady at the counter is polite and keeps a look out for the kids (she didn't have to, as the ticket price is inclusive of 1 adult). The only drawback here is that because it's so open, kids and adults can easily weave in and out so safety might be an issue if you're planning for a drop-off. Otherwise this place is lovely and has enough activities to engage the kids.

Best for families with toddlers and younger children who will stay with their kids throughout. The outstanding staff actively watch over children even when not required to. Convenient for combining with mall shopping before or after.

“The staff here have a great attitude and are very polite. The kids had a lot of fun as well. Overall, everything was good except that the environment is a bit too open.”

“Frequent customers as my kids love playing there. The staffs are very friendly and most of the thing are still in ok condition. Would love to see the canon and the car ride being fixed as it’s been a few months since those worked.”

“This place is inside the mall. The staff still ok. There 2 side of play area. There also lot of different parts to play.my kids enjoying to play and they play for 2hrs. Went there on Saturday (28/12/24)- not very crowded.”
