🚝This sand-filled Tilted-Train Playground is the Park's centrepiece. 🛝The Tilted-train Play Structure is fitted with colourful open slides and interesting tube slides. 🎠Scattered around the spacious playground are animal-themed Spring Rides, Seesaw, Interactive Play Panels, and cactus-themed Climbs. 🧸There is also a Swing Set consisting of both the usual swings and bucket swings for toddlers. ⛱️Smaller children can also play with the sands at the sand-filled Playground. 🪑There are plenty of seating area built along the perimeter of the sandpit where parents and caregivers can rest and watch over their care. 🚻Toilet is a stone throw away across the Central Plaza. 🪅A fun place for children to run wild and enjoy themselves.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A genuinely distinctive play experience that holds attention well beyond a standard visit. The sand-filled tilted train is unlike anything else on the island, and the combination of slides, climbing, flying foxes, and open sand means children of different ages find their own rhythm here. Bring sand toys and a change of clothes.

One of the largest and most interesting playgrounds in Singapore. It has a train titled on an angle as if it has crashed. The sides of the train has many slides and makes it a very exciting and fun structure for kids. There are also two flying foxes for kids and is the first time I have seen such a fun contraption for kids. There are also exercise machines set up for the elderly plus also a small playground for toddlers. T the main playground is covered with and and kids love to build sandcastles on it. Kids can have hours and hours of fun here.

Marvellous play area with plenty of sand for digging, various slides, swings and a see-saw, plus plastic cacti that children can climb, and a toddler play area with interactive stations. Saw a fluffy white chicken nearby.

Overview

The centrepiece of Tiong Bahru Park is a large tilted train embedded in sand, fitted with open slides and tube slides on its sides — an unusual structure that draws children back repeatedly. Surrounding it are animal-themed spring rides, a seesaw, interactive play panels, cactus-shaped climbing structures, and a swing set with both standard and toddler bucket swings. Two flying foxes add a faster-paced option for school-age children.
