The comfortable seating and convenient location were great. However, the highlight was the friendly and helpful staff, one staff member went above and beyond by suggesting we use the kiosk for our tickets, saving us money. This extra touch significantly improved our overall experience. A solid four-star rating!”

“Staffs here are quite rude and ignorant. A couple of days back i visited and there was no queue for the food purchase, but there was a person purchasing at the Pre order line. I then lined up at the regular section as I am not from the pre order side. I then saw there was no one to serve and walked to the preorder line and orderedfrom there. My point is, there was a Chinese lady a staff who was so called walking around doing her task, but remained ignorant to just guide a customer to the correct line to queue. There no signs that the other counters were closed. Very bad attitude for a customer service point of view. Time to buck up on the customer service or rather dont work in a customer facing roles”
