Good customer service experience. Had a lot of fun. Counter: Haf Ops Crew: Qiqi, Hazeeq and Aniq. Very accommodating towards me and my family on 5th Oct 2025 (1440hrs to 1540hrs). The ops Crew was very attentive to my 8 year old autistic son. They were helping him when he was trying to overcome his fear. They are also very friendly. I will definitely come to visit again. Thanks again.

“My two kids have really a good time,this is their first time having a higher Playground and really can see the ground,i didn’t expect they’d not scared at all.the staff is really friendly and very helpful once your kids scared climbing up,i saw that staff helped the dad bring his sons up.and the other staff watching the boy next,really good fun..”

“I had an awesome time with my daughter at Airzone. We had fun playing with the big balls and chasing each other and sliding down the slides! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Shuk who provided timely assistance. Thank you Airzone and I will surely come back again!”

AIRZONE fills the soaring atrium of City Square Mall with multi-level bouncy nets connecting five floors, slides between levels, a suspended ball pit, and activity zones including laser tag. Children from around 2.5 years can play once they can walk and climb independently; taller guests supervise or join in on their own ticket. Air-conditioning keeps the environment comfortable for extended sessions, and the 60-minute session format with structured timings makes planning easy.
