“There were limited amounts of machines and it was a really small place. To those who are considering to go there, a reminder is that cow play cow moo is on the second level and you have to take the escalator up. The staff were friendly and very patient. However one of the staff did not quite understand English and I had to speak in Chinese. I think it is better for cow play cow moo if they trained their staff to be able to speak and listen to English without any challenges or difficulties. I went to try out the claw machine and the amount of tickets it needed was ridiculous! 14 tickets for one try??? So I ended up playing the drop ball machine which was pretty fun and I got 10000 tickets in one day. Trust me the claw machine is most likely a scam, if you want to catch something, you shouldn’t come here but if you are here for the fun, I recommend it”

“After waiting an hour, It's 11am and the person that tops up the card is not even in the arcade. Come on, place auto top up machines, use app or make ur employees come on time. It 2026 and technology is at your disposal.”
