“Their claw machines have a prize gurantee (set by the staff, not the machine) as long as you play consecutively, and their prizes are legitimate imports from Japan. However their setups make it such that at times it feels like I'm just 'buying' the toys... Still cheaper than buying it online though. The staff tend to be unfriendly and they only accept cash, so be prepared. It's also more expensive than their sister arcade at Kinex due to their lack of promo.”

“Scam shop, cheating money only..if you willing to get cheat, just try their claw machine... 1)As photo shown, "Can't win after 8 tries continuously" by using same card, tell them 2)I play 6 times, then go top up at the counter then walk back to same machine to continue, when I passby my son machine, I help him to credit one of the game he was playing before I resume the claw machine for 2 more times which is total 8 times with the same card but couldn't get any prize still at the end. 3)When I call the staff here, the staff informed that due to my card break at 6 times (Because of tap for my son game once), meaning is not continuously for 8times..so i couldn't get the comprehensive prize... *Moral of the story, ask before you play all machine if unsure...they will scam you by this kind of wording game...😡😡😡😡😡😡”
