βChinatown is lively and full of character, with temples, street art, and endless food options packed into a small area. Itβs interesting to walk through and easy to explore on foot. At the same time, it can feel very busy and a bit overwhelming, especially in the heat. Worth visiting for the atmosphere and culture, but best enjoyed in shorter bursts rather than lingering too long.β

βWe walked pass the Chinatown heritage centre and it was a nicely decorated with full of interesting things from the past. It recorded a story from the old days and allow us to get a brief understanding of the old generation of the Chinese living in Singapore. I would recommend parents to bring their kids to learn about the history of the Chinese in Singapore.β

βThis is a very impressive museum to me. I finally understand how hard it was when the ancestors first came here. I am so glad they reconstructed the space, as it really helped me feel closer to my ancestors. I think every Chinese person should come here and visit. Even though the ticket price is high, itβs worth it.β
