“It was decent, did not have much interaction with the staff here and focused on enjoying my self with my friends here. It an small arcade outlet in lot one. The variety of games is limited but has the basics. Most of the time see student aged teenagers playing here at night. It has some driving games, basketball and many claw machines.”

“Arcade has good quality machines but horrible staff. The old lady at the counter deserves to be fired. I was playing Wangan when there were slammers beside me. I was just doing bingo and playing Wangan straight route. She came up and turned off all 4 machines. Which I thought was alright and understandable. When I asked for my credit back she shouted at me and scolded me. I asked her to check the cameras which were direcly above the wangan machine. she basically said she said she cant be bothered and told me not to lie. After some back and forth I was told to leave. First and last time coming here.”

“games here are super limited and staff is also very rude. my cousin seeked help as the machine said it was out of tickets and she rudely told us need to purchase card. i understand but it wasn’t made clear .for example cpcm still give receipts even if we don’t purchase the membership/card. made me extremely disappointed and angry. won’t be coming back again.”

“Played wangan midnight maximum tune normally and was not rough with the machine, but suddenly it turned off on its own. Told the staff about it but he was dismissive, and even accused that I was rough with it. I’m not expecting top-notch service from them, but they are not even demonstrating minimum professionalism. C’mon, do better please..”
