You must finish playing at 11:30pm, on days with a 12am closing time and at 12:30pm on days with a 1am closing time. Super Bowl Keat Hong is quite likely the best bowling alley in Singapore. It closes relatively late. It's clean, it's bright, the prices are low, and the air-conditioning is cold. The place is very spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and you can snack in there. Even if you don't bowl, you can play pool or Wangan Midnight. The system they have is very new. It has a touchscreen that is very responsive, beautiful and easy to use. It shows detailed stats for each game and even shows your ball speed. It even allows staff to easily switch you over to another lane instantly if needed, keeping your score and stats. While this is a nitpick, I wish the system actually had the themes which show in the screensaver. I prefer the weirder or more silly animated themes over the more serious sports theme that the system has. I can't comment on the oil, but all I can say is that I've been to bowling alleys that are too dry or over-oiled, and this is neither. Balls don't hook over into the other lane, and you still get an expected reaction in the dry. The pinsetters are Qubica AMF, and yes, they're freefall. No string pins here. Do note that unlike the Brunswick system in Westwood Bowl, you cannot set the pins in custom positions to practice spares. You also don't get other gamemodes. I have had some issues with the pins being set wrong, or the number of knocked down pins being read wrong, but it's not really a dealbreaker, especially compared to the issues you see at other alleys. The staff being helpful and responsive definitely makes it better. As for downsides, there are really only small ones, but I'll just list them. Other than the ones mentioned above, there is no proshop. The space is empty. Then again, I'm not really bothered personally since I really only trust Bowling Is Fun! Also, since this is such a good place, it can get quite crowded here, especially if there is a training session or a league... though even the regular crowds can be quite large. Also, place being bright and cold might be bothersome if you're sensitive to that kind of thing, so just take note. Also-- and i guess this one is kind of important-- the finger sizes of the house balls tend to follow their weight. This means that heavier balls only have larger finger holes, while lighter balls only have smaller finger holes. A little frustrating if you have medium fingers but bowl on 14 pounds. All in all, SuperBowl Keat Hong-- yes, this branch specifically-- is a good pick. Don't forget to take advantage of the senior and passioncard discounts to get EVEN cheaper rates. If you're curious about my own experiences so far and how this place compares to other alleys, you can keep reading, though this is mostly just going to be about my journey so far. For now, I've been to Orchid Bowl (Orchid Country Club), Sonic Bowl, WestWood Bowl, Wangsa Bowl, Daiman Bowl, Superbowl Jurong, Planet Bowl, SuperBowl Marina Square, and Round1 Sennichimae. Here is a quick tier list. Bowling alley rankings S tier: Super Bowl Keat Hong Super Bowl Tampines Westwood Bowl A tier: Forte Bowl B tier: Kallang Bowl Super Bowl Jurong (warning: DISGUSTING toilet) Sonic Bowl Tampines Daiman Bowl (Malaysia) F tier: Planet Bowl Round 1 Sennichimae (Osaka) (warning: string pins) Each of these bowling alleys has had its drawbacks. Westwood Bowl doesn't show speed, Wangsa bowl too is crowded and noisy, Daiman Bowl is very dry and the machines are old, Superbowl Jurong's lanes play a bit funny, Planet Bowl's lanes don't hook (I wish I was kidding), and Superbowl Marina Square doesn't even exist anymore. The worst of these has to be Round1 Sennichimae, though. They display a bowling pin prominently on the side of their building as part of their logo, yet out of all the above alleys, theirs commits the worst sin of all. They use string pins.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with school-age children and teenagers who want a quality lane experience in a well-lit, modern facility. Discounts make repeat visits affordable. The air conditioning runs cold — dress in layers. Confirm lane availability before arrival on weekends as league sessions can block walk-in access.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡Bring your own socks — shoe rental is mandatory and charged separately
⏰Call ahead on weekends to confirm walk-in lane availability around league sessions
đŸŽŸī¸Wear a light jacket as the air conditioning is consistently cold
🚗Use Passion Card, student, or senior discounts to reduce per-game costs

“This is an update from my previous post. Of late, the lanes are dry and the longer you played the more rubber got stucked to your ball. It's no longer as oiled as it used to be. It is such a pity that training becomes dreadful when you paid a good fee for the lane - Sep 2024. --- Just opposite Lot 1, Keat Hong CC, level 4. Spacious for wheel chair & prams with natural brightness from the glass window overseeing the outside with a few Arcade games & pool table. Well maintained equipment, bowling shoes & balls. Lanes are clean & oily. Special rate for Passion members, Seniors & student rates on weekdays. They open an hour early during school holidays. I think it's always good to know some bowling rules like lane etiquette so as not to disrupt other bowlers when stepping on the lane. The senior service staff here are very nice and always on their guard to ensure safe & peaceful bowling for everyone. They have ongoing league on certain nights that will occupy half of the lanes there, so do call them up to check before walking in. I'm an occassional bowler here & quite like the atmosphere with friendly service staff. Crowded in the late afternoon. No outside food & drinks but they have snacks machine for a quick bite. Basement parking or nearby open HDB parking is available.”

“We had great moment at this Super Bowl Center . Because , We , the big family members split into two teams and played best of three and we WON 😄 . .... You should bring your own socks when you come here to play bowling . And shoes rental available there for only $2 per pair . ( Shoes are need to be rent - these shoes can be used in the bowling center ) One more important thing , when you ready to play , you better take and pay by hours , not per games , If you are with your big group members . ( outside foods and drinks are prohibited ) Air-Con is so so cool for me 😂 and enought to running nose is come đŸ¤Ŗ You can chill your relax time by playing arcade and action games until midnight . You can enjoy your weekend with your family or Friends 😉 . I 💖 Keat Hong . I ❤ī¸ Lot One . I 💛 Chua Chu Kang .”

“Located at Level 4 of Keat Hong CC, the staff were friendly and approachable. A game per person $4.80 using Passion Card The air conditioning is just right and not too cold. The bowling balls were smooth and the place was properly maintained. Sanitisers are available to clean your hands before and after the game. Lighting is good and I enjoy the atmosphere, not a lot of people Nice place to hangout with friends and family. Highly recommended and the price is reasonable too.”
