Brought my kids (7+ and 5+) for their very first climbing experience today at Climb Central, and it was such a fantastic one from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and the safety briefing was clear, thorough, and reassuring - especially for first-timers. It made a huge difference in helping the kids feel comfortable before they even started climbing. A special shoutout to the outlet manager, Dinesh Silva, who truly made the experience memorable. He took the time to engage with the younger climbers, gently encouraging them to overcome their fears and give it a try. His warmth and enthusiasm really helped build their confidence, and by the end of the session, they were not only climbing but actually enjoying it! It’s not easy getting young kids to step out of their comfort zone, but the team here made it feel safe, fun, and empowering. Such a great introduction to the sport - we’ll definitely be back!
