Paco FunWorld - KWM

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the staff member at PacoWorld for his excellent support and professionalism. When the game machine experienced a jam and required immediate attention, he responded promptly and handled the situation efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. His calm and courteous manner was very reassuring, and it was clear that he was highly familiar with the machine and its operation. Beyond resolving the issue, he took the initiative to clearly explain how the game machine works, including practical advice on proper usage to avoid similar issues in the future. His explanation was patient, easy to understand, and very helpful, especially for customers who may not be familiar with the technical aspects of the machine. Overall, his dedication to customer service, strong technical knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile left a very positive impression. I am grateful for his assistance and believe he represents PacoWorld’s commitment to providing a high-quality and enjoyable customer experience.”

“I bring my kids to claw machines at times as it’s a fun bonding time. However there are some places that u can never ever get any toy as the claw never grabs. And it’s super disappointing and kids goes back sad. We first visited paco world Kallang during Covid, and had loads of fun there and after 3 years and we are back and it’s still as fun! At Paco world, the staff and Mr Goh is super friendly and they wil try to help you to win! We spent $60 today and got 4 soft toys( one capybara was given away). It makes us happy to spend that money and see the kids faces lit up! Thank you and keep it up Paco world!”

“The arcade is super clean, bright, and full of exciting games for all ages. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the machines are well-maintained. I loved how lively the atmosphere was - it’s a great spot to relax, play, and enjoy time with friends or family. Definitely worth visiting if you want to have a cheerful and entertaining experience!”
