“Comfortable seat, clean and volume of sound produce are soothing. The show screen width and height are well adapted to any chosen seat.”

“Several screens which is the norm now. Ticket pricing reasonable. Air conditioning could have been colder. Seats were comfortable. Nice place to catch the latest show. Snacks are available as at all the cinemas in Singapore. Downside .... one has to use the mall toilet facilities 👎”

“Something wrong with the ticket counter staff/service processes. When I reach (early) to collect popcorn 🍿 there wasn’t much people, but the wait was so long! Even when I am already first in line it took 5 minutes before the customers who are already at the counter start getting service. From no-queue 15min before movie to built-up queue past movie start time. It appears the past negative reviews are not understood nor addressed at all.”

“Very unpleasant with the staff at the front counter, their customers service is extremely bad. Those ladies on duties at 10.50pm dated 17 Nov 2025 with thick eyelashes & thick make up are damn annoying as they keep on talking , joking & laughing loudly while looking at us in a judgy and rude manner(I bet it's not only us who faced this issue). To add on, the customer service is damn bad as if they were hesitant to approach us. Manager(s) , should do something or educate them in doing their job properly. Respectful & kindness is a key to a successful day. By doing so, they are making themselves looking uneducable and no sense of urgency.”
