âBig compliments to the manager on duty who helped us on 21/08! We arrived a little late (the movie started at 4:00pm and we only got there at 4:05pm), and she was so kind and patient in guiding us through the last-minute purchase of the Save Our Screen voucher. Thanks to her efficiency, we managed to enter the hall by 4:10pm. Despite the place being very crowded, she handled everything with such professionalism and a great attitude. Super thumbs up to her effort - well done!â

âCathay Cineplex Causeway Point is located at level 7, hidden behind Kopitiam and Timezone. Even though tickets were bought online, the physical movie tickets need to be collected over the counter. There are many movie halls. Hall 4 is ok with three sections. There are no stairs down the theatre - it is a gentle sloping cinema towards the screen. For safety issues, gently sloping down towards the screen is good but not ideal for tall people sitting in front (blocking the people from watching the show behind).â
