“I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for two outstanding staff members at 4D Adventureland, Ayu and Farah, whom my son and I encountered during our visit yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed all four 4D shows and had a wonderful time together. However, after leaving the attraction, I realised that I had lost my entire stack of Fun Discovery Passes. Naturally, I was quite worried, as I was planning to use them to redeem souvenirs for my son as keepsakes from the day. Ayu and Farah were incredibly helpful and calm throughout the situation. They took the initiative to gather detailed information from me, such as the cabin number and seating location, and reassured me while they looked into the matter. Despite the challenging conditions, Ayu went above and beyond by carefully combing through the seats in the dark — and to my great relief, she managed to locate and return all my passes. Their dedication, teamwork, and genuine care truly touched me. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a disappointing end to our visit turned into a memorable and heartwarming experience. They not only recovered something valuable but also helped preserve precious memories for my son.”

“Of the 4 rides, I’ll say I like the new Chaos in Wonderland Ride and Desperados Shooting Game most. Chaos is well done with an enjoyable storyline; it’s really like watching an animated movie that just happens to have wind and water droplets blowing at you. Desperados is for gamers! It’s challenging and there’s even an intense boss fight.”

“The 4D ride was amazing! It was so much fun from start to finish. The effects were incredibly realistic and made me feel like I was part of the action. The visuals were stunning, with high-definition screens and 3D technology that brought everything to life. The seats moved in sync with the ride, which added to the excitement!”

“Worth the price, rides are very varying and have different intensity levels. Staff were also very friendly and assisted is throughout. Queue was relatively short during my visit and payment was done easily and smoothly with no issues whatsoever. Buying tickets on-the-spot is very viable on weekdays.”
