Lava Floor Marina Square
📍 Downtown Core, Central
Lava Floor at Marina Square puts teams on a large colour-shifting LED floor where stepping on red lava tiles costs a life. Sessions run up to 25 minutes with multiple difficulty modes, and the same venue houses escape rooms and VR experiences.
We had an absolute blast trying the "Lava Floor" game at Lockdown in Marina Square! If you're looking for a fun, active, and high-energy group activity, this is it. The concept is simple and brilliant, just like the childhood game "The Floor is Lava." You're in a room with a large, colorful, light-up LED floor, and you have to move around by only stepping on the "safe" colored squares, avoiding the "lava" squares to clear the levels. It sounds easy, but it gets surprisingly challenging and wonderfully chaotic! It's a great physical game that tests your reflexes, agility, and balance. It's also a fantastic team game (it's designed for groups of up to 8) as you're all scrambling and laughing together, trying to find a safe path. It's a great workout and a huge laugh. The staff were efficient, and the game itself is simple to understand but very engaging. A well-deserved 5 stars for being such a simple, unique, and incredibly fun activity. Highly recommended for a group of friends, family, or even team building!

Overview
Players navigate a room-sized LED floor by stepping only on green safe zones and blue target tiles, clearing 25 stages of Epic Lava within the session window. Harder modes — a 99-stage challenge and Hell Lava — await returning players. Up to 8 people can play simultaneously, making it a naturally collaborative physical challenge. Phone stands are set up so families can record the action. Birthday parties, escape rooms, and VR experiences are available at the same location inside Marina Square.
