“There are many arcade games to play here and the main play area is the basement. It is a very large store and there are ball arcade games, Shooter games and music games. There are even som claw machines here. It can get a bit noisy tho. I enjoyed my time with my friends here and I hope you will too. Below are some videos of me and my friend playing the machines.”

“Waited 15 mins for the service staff to retrieve our cards for us. Wanted to buy another $188 charge up but we were so frustrated we left. It makes little sense to lock the pick-up chute. Long wait times, additional work for your staff, and a frustrating customer experience. Service staff arrived with a long face and an air of impatience, probably from the repetitive and mundane nature of his work coupled with bearing the brunt of players' ire. Not exactly an experience we want to spend money to put ourselves through again.”

“I had been playing this game at quite a few outlet (century square/313/suntec), was feeling ok while playing it. But when I played at Wisteria mall cpcm, I feel so agitated and mood swing. They changed the setting from getting 4 token to 2 token, then they also NEVER remove the plastic that's is jamming all the token and cards. Then when the big stack of card drop to the roller, it always cause card stuck with machine error!!! I spend so much token just to try to push the card down. I asked the supervisor why all other outlet have the plastic removed but not here. I even show him pictures of the places (suntec/thomson/centurysquare) I played, he told me technician mentioned it was intentioned to make the cards hard to get 😡 (isn't all outlet should follow suntec standard/setting??? They making metal and foil rare card so hard to get. Now normal card and ticket card also make it so tough!!!”
