“The pool itself is nice, but the staff member at the entrance was quite rude. I politely asked for re-entry after stepping out briefly to buy a drink from the vending machine, but was met with unnecessary hostility. Anyway, there’s no way management will address any concerns—they simply don’t take customer feedback.”

“Visited on 28 April 2024 at 8.30PM. Pool was closed. Asked the lifeguard about the operating hours of the pool. He told me they closed at 9PM and pretended his watch was 30minutes faster than usual. FYI official stated closing time of the pool was 9.30PM.”
