1 / 3Hay Dairies Pte Ltd (Goat Farm)
π Lim Chu Kang, Central
Hay Dairies is Singapore's only goat farm, home to over 800 goats with heritage from Minnesota. Free entry, hands-on feeding with alfalfa hay, morning milking sessions, and fresh goat milk in the on-site retail store make this a wholesome rural
Fantastic experience for kids (and adults too)! The farm is quite far out at the Neo Tiew area, so itβs best to drive. Thereβs no parking inside the farm compound, but thereβs a convenient public car park directly opposite at Sungei Buloh Wetland. Entry is freeβ¦ no reservations needed and the only thing youβll pay for is the goat feed ($5 for a generous bag of food). There are tons of goats, and feeding them is such a fun, hands-on activity for little ones. If you can, visit between 9 to 10:30am to catch the goat milking session. The place is clean and well-kept, with plenty of handwashing stations around. Donβt miss trying their goat milk and goat milk ice cream at the small retail store before you leave. Overall, a really enjoyable and wholesome outing, which took about an hour all in. highly recommended! π
π Family Action Verdict
An authentic farm visit that genuinely surprises β the facility is clean, the animals are gentle and friendly, and the lack of typical farm odour makes it comfortable for young children. Visitors across all ages find the feeding session and milking demonstration equally engaging.

βWe visited the goat farm on Christmas Day at around 9.00 am. Admission is free with a self-guided walk option, though a guided tour is also available for a small fee. We were fortunate to arrive during the morning milking session, which was very interesting to watch. Visitors can also purchase alfalfa hay at $5 per packet to feed the goats at the back of the farm. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a farm in Singapore, and the experience was enjoyable not only for the children but for us parents as well. The farm is very clean, the animals are well maintained, and there was minimal livestock odour, which was unexpected and appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend a visit.β

βVisiting the goat farm for the very first time was such a delightful experienceβespecially feeding the goats! My mum shared that it brought back fond memories of her childhood in Malaysia, which made the visit even more special. It was heartwarming to see her enjoy it so much, along with the rest of the family. With all those goats around, I seriously regretted not bringing one with me!ππ€£β

βWe had a lovely visit to Hay Dairies Goat Farm with the whole family. It is a nice place for all ages. The goats are gentle and friendly, and we enjoyed feeding them with hay that costs only five dollars. We also tried the fresh goat milk, both original and chocolate flavor. It was healthy, tasty, and refreshing.β

Overview
Hay Dairies has operated Singapore's only goat farm since 1988, maintaining a herd of over 800 goats across roomy, well-ventilated barns. Walk-in visits for groups under 10 require no booking. Goat feeding sessions use alfalfa hay sourced from the United States, and a guided talk accompanies the feeding experience. Morning milking sessions run daily and are fascinating to watch β goats queue in an orderly procession at the milking parlour.
