“Very very cold, they automatically gave large popcorn and drink for Zootopia 2 movie I was watching as I never specifically stated regular (not very happy about that). Short distance away from Yishun mrt which I'm very glad about.”

“20 AUGUST 2025 1351-I was delighted with the cleanliness and pristine condition of the premises in the early afternoon.The counter staff gladly changed my seating before i made payment.The staff were all working without supervision.Not One employee using a Mobile Device.Golden Village was smart to place massage chairs for waiting movie goers. The movie was interrupted by a late customer who entered with an extra bright flash light.He proceed to sit and continued to use his mobile device throughout the movie.It was too bright so I approached a female staff for assistance. As soon as she leaves,he continued but with a less bright screen.Uncomfortable for movie patrons at the sides and back.I personally thank the female staff for conducting safety checks on theatres.She was professional and polite,something you rarely see in movie theatres across the island.Same goes for the kind understanding manager whom I requested to see to avoid implicating the innocent female staff.”
