We were amazed at how well the fort is preserved for history and visitors. Such an important piece of WW2 here all for free. Great displays to explain important events and how the fort functioned. As an Aussie nurse who has an interest on the fall of Singapore and the Aussie nurses who served here, it gave me a look at it all from another perspective. Great place to visit

Great place to enjoy the natural scenery and learn the dark history of Singapore during WW2 and Japanese occupation. The admission is free while the exhibits are very well organized, concise yet informative. The place can be accessed via free shuttle bus from the monorail beach station and short walking distance. It’s best to visit in the morning when it’s not too hot.

Fort Siloso, Singapore's only remaining coastal fort, is located on Sentosa Island and is a fascinating piece of Singaporean history. Built in the 19th century, it played a key role during the Battle of Singapore during World War II. It serves as a free museum with some fascinating exhibits, and is well worth a visit.

Totally under rated place, learn about the war time history of Singapore and how many times parts of it changed hands. Take the new skywalk and yes there is a bit of walking but plenty of air conditioned rooms to visit and read or hear stories. A fantastic way to see another level to Singapore
