I did a top-up with her, and she was extremely patient in assisting me and helping to exchange game points for gifts. She was previously from “Hougang One”and has since transferred here so I came to this outlet to support her after my friend told me she was here. When she was at Hougang One she would introduce new games and give a clear overview of how they work and roughly how much is cost by using which coin. Highly recommended.

“Even though this is a very small outlet, the service of the staff present today was amazing. He was very patient and nice. Compared to the services I have experienced at suntec and other outlets, he is very friendly and cheerful! Honestly this tiny little detail made the experience so much better than their other outlets! Wish they had more staff like him!😃”

“small outlet but very friendly staff, some might like a huge outlet but we are fine with a small one.... at least we do not need to wait for a long time when we need assistance at the machine... wan was helpful and always greet customers with a smile, keep it up!!!”

“My favourite branch! It focuses on the coin pushing machines, and it's less noisy compared to the other branches. Really nice to always see familiar faces - Shirley and Brian. Shirley was alone managing everything on a busy weekend. Kudos to her.”
