We had a really lovely experience at Wan To Play Forest. Despite the place being quite packed due to the rainy weather and the weekend crowd, the atmosphere was still cheerful and well-managed. The staff were lively, friendly, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to the young man stationed at the ball pit area right under the big slide. He was incredibly thoughtfulβ€”constantly making sure the balls were nicely grouped at the end of the slide so the children could land safely and enjoy the full experience. He also took the time to play with the kids, throwing the balls with them and engaging in such a warm, natural way. That level of care and interaction really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable for both the children and parents. Even on a busy day, the team’s positive energy made the visit feel relaxed and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for toddlers and young children who enjoy varied indoor play in a themed environment. Staff quality stands out as a genuine highlight. This particular East outlet has been noted by regulars as less well-maintained than the Kallang and Punggol branches β€” families who have visited those locations may notice the difference.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Weekday afternoons around midday tend to be less crowded
⏰The boat ride is a paid add-on β€” budget accordingly
🎟️Visit the Kallang or Punggol outlet if maintenance quality is a priority
πŸš—Cleaning equipment (brooms, dustpans) has been left accessible to children β€” steer young ones away

β€œOne of the best indoor playgrounds in Singapore. Not crazily expensive, and they keep upgrading the facilities. Staff is amazing- accessible and friendly. Great mix of adventure (slides, climbing, trampolines) and easy play (kitchen sets, sand/clay pit, dress-up). We’ve taken way too many sessions and packages here(clearly repeat customers) and it still keeps the kids so happy and entertained!”

β€œA wonderful indoor playground with a lovely forest theme. The space is bright, engaging, and thoughtfully designed for young children. My child had so much fun exploring the ball pit and play structures. Staff were friendly and the environment felt safe and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for kids to play and burn energy. Will come back again.”

β€œVisited last friday. Finally understood why this outlet has such low rating when we had happy time returning to their kallang and punggol outlets again and again. Having been to other Wan To Play outlets, this particular outlet is really not well maintained. Play structure at sand/stone pit is spoilt (the climbing stairs and slide are missing?!). There are toys that are broken but mended by scotch tapes and still placed there for kids to play. The sand/clay play area is sad. The sand/clay is hardened up. Staff really looked unhappy and avoid eye contact. Dont think we will return. Do consider to at least refresh/update/maintain the toys and play structure for a happy play space...”
