“To me, the staff ( 2 aunties ) were very very nice. they assisted me with the wangan machine errors. all the negative comments about them were purely because they were breaking the rules. it’s simple, respect is a 2 way street. you treat the staff with respect, i’m sure they will return the same amount of respect back to you. to all the people who gave negative comments, learn to play the games without slamming and abide by the rules. to the staff members, thank you so so much for your help and service”

“I will be leaving a five star review because of the well-maintained maimai cabs, and I am thankful for them! Although it is hard to consistently have them all be good, the relative low cost to play is also a redeeming factor. I hope this outlet can continue to stay, I love to often drop by to play maimai :).”

“There were empty spots to play wangan, tried to play twice using different terminals but got told by another player "have to tell the person to unlock to play" so he suggested me to inform the staff to let me use the terminal to play. When I approach, staff said "terminal cannot use. I told her I watched others use that temrinal to play just an hour ago so its not spoil. She just tell me "no cannot play. You come from that side so i know you want play there, no cannot play" no other suggestions nothing, basically she just shooed her customer?? I rounded the mall and waited over 2 hrs to come to play wangan but this is the first time i'm getting this treatment. I have lots of credit in my card that can only be used at this outlet and im not allowed to play just because the staff wont unlock the terminal for me. It's an arcade, not a seat booking thing, anyone should be allowed to come up to whichever empty terminal and play, first come first serve. Why is it being controlled where i should sit to play or why does the staff get to decide if i'm allowed to pay and play??”

“Would be 0 stars if i could, this aunty in her 50s really have attitude issues for years and yet to be fix. Dont know how this company tahan her despite all these negative comments and reviews and yet still working there. Spoke to auntie nicely informing her that the machine showing E51 error and got scolded ?! Come on auntie, weekend so packed wait very long to play and show error when finally got seat. I have not played yet and never been to this arcade for ages just to encounter her 😂. To anyone please dont let this women ruin your mood and day, just go to timezone which are much cheaper and better staff attitude”
