βGreat place to bowl with friends and there are a lot of lanes, usually there is little waiting time when I go there for my turn to bowl with my friends on the weekend. I am not satisfied with the way everything is the same after all these years. I don't see any upgrades being done to the place and it's still the same few stores around here. I really think they have the capacity to build more amenities here.β

βThis alley is near where I stay hence I chose here to bowl. School bowling trainings β¦ corporate eventsβ¦. Leagues are held here almost daily. Quite tough to get lanes for walk ins - lanes are reserved many days prior (after office hours or weekends). Given the high usage volume, I feel that the Lanes are only averagely maintained. Lanes may be oiled to a specific pattern required by the school (for training). Every-time I bowled there, either my ball doesnβt return or the pins kept dropping - at least 3 times every game played. Lane 8 (X) Lane 25 (X) ! Canβt blame them on scratched balls as this is common with older alleys. Avoid Sundays! Especially families with kids bowlingβ¦ kids moving around constantly at the approach areaβ¦ playing with the ball return machineβ¦ playing catching and parents busy taking pictures of their happy kids - no such thing as bowling etiquette haha. Regardless, I still had a good time with target practice. Staff are friendly though.β

βThe Good: - Well maintained lanes - Overall clean and nice atmosphere - Advanced digital screens (UI/UX) The Bad: - Staff seemed blur (had to constantly repeat myself, didn't know how to operate the systems properly which required me to keep having to walk back and forth, charged me for an extra pair of rented shoes even after clarifying the amount of shoes needed). - Some house balls were barely holding up. Rattling sounds can be heard when shaken and cracks inside finger holes Conclusion: Giving the benefit of the doubt to the staff on the job today that they may be new, wouldn't mind returning as I have my own balls and equipment to minimise friction.β
