“My experience at the kids’ place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the fun and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. The environment was bright, colorful, and filled with laughter — a perfect setting for children to play and learn. There were so many exciting activities to enjoy, from creative play zones to interactive games and crafts. Each area was thoughtfully designed to keep kids entertained while encouraging imagination and teamwork. I especially loved how clean and well-organized everything was; it showed that the staff truly cared about maintaining a safe and enjoyable space for families. The highlight of my visit was seeing how happy and engaged the children were. Their smiles and laughter made the whole experience even more special. Parents could relax knowing their kids were having a great time in a secure environment. Overall, my time at the kids’ place was filled with joy, energy, and positivity. It’s a place that brings families together, creates lasting memories, and reminds everyone of the simple happiness found in play. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and safe place for children.”

“Cleanliness: The place is clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that the staff were actively tidying up—picking up damaged balls, returning toys to their proper places, mopping wet areas (like the cow play zone), and even vacuuming up loose hair. It’s clear that cleanliness is a priority here. Activities & Equipment: Unfortunately, the play equipment didn’t quite match the standard of cleanliness. Despite the playground being relatively new (just 3 months old), the kitchen set was already in poor condition—with lopsided cabinets and doors that wouldn’t close properly. The centrepiece at the ballpit didn’t work well too. Overall, the play structures and toys seemed a little worn and not well-maintained for such a new place. Space & Age Suitability: The current space is noticeably smaller and less engaging compared to when it was located on Level 1. While it may not be as fun or spacious as before, it still offers a safe and appropriate environment for younger children, particularly those aged 1 to 3.”

“We had a very disappointing experience at Smigy (United Square). While the playground itself is decent for children, the management’s dishonest practices completely ruined the visit. They wanted to charge us for 2 full extra hours when we exceeded the allotted time. What’s worse, they claimed they informed us of the start time when they absolutely did not. We were never told when our time officially started, and we were keeping track ourselves. Instead of handling it fairly or giving a reminder close to the end of our session, they chose to exploit the situation and overcharge us. When we tried to clarify, the staff was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their lack of communication. For a place that caters to children and families, I expected better integrity and customer service. We won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to others unless you’re fine being nickel-and-dimed unfairly.”
