“I stay opposite Yishun SAFRA for most of my life so it’s my first time stepping into Tampines SAFRA. It does look a lil old but the stores inside are 10 times better than Yishun’s. The two stores (KEK and Taira Pastry) I’ve visited accept HTNS membership for 15% too. Main reason why I visited was the Pork Liver in KEK, it was really spot on”

“This happened a few years ago (pre-covid), but everytime i think about it i get very angry. I booked and paid for the tennis court, but after i played for 5 mins the indian security came and asked to see my confirmation email or something. i checked and i didnt receive any email, but i was sure i already booked and paid for it. The security INSISTED i leave after there was no confirmation email that i could produce. i didn't want to make a fuss so i left. Afterwards i checked and the courts was indeed booked by me and i was billed, i just didnt get a confirmation email due to a system issue or something. i didnt a lodge a complaint then, but over the years i get very pissed every time i think about it. i believe its around $7 that i was cheated off, plus the time it takes to travel there. It doesnt even make sense. firstly, cant the security tell the court is indeed booked? and secondly, if not by me then who? (its peak hours at night) There isnt anyone claiming the courts but me right ? makes no sense! in the first place there was no confirmation email that they sent, so its their fault to begin with! also, why is the security chasing away people? if they indeed paid for the courts, even if there's no email, wouldnt that lead to complains like now? ever since then i was very vary about my safra bookings, and i avoided safra for bookings. its been so long, i doubt i'll get my money back, but people should be aware of this: security might chase you out even if you booked and paid! even if you get refunded later, you're still wasting your time!”
