βWent here on a very sunny weekday on September 18. Minimum shaded-roads, a nice, serene and quiet place but feels so empty and literally too hot to handle. Since I can't really handle scorching sun with just hats and umbrella, I retired after walking through the Cloud Pagoda, Japanese Garden, Chinese Garden, Sunken Garden and The Guesthouse. It will be nice if they have more snacks/ice cream stalls inside to battle the heat. The Bingxue on the Bonsai place was closed already. They provide a shuttle car to and from south/north parking, and the uncles were so nice to accomodate me although I was the only passenger. Even the uncle made sure I know how to get to the nearest MRT after dropping me on the carpark. "No cycling" sign everywhere but in fact everyone's cycling here. Especially locals.β
