Gallop Stable @ Pasir Ris Park
📍 Pasir Ris, Central
Gallop Stable at Pasir Ris Park offers pony joy rides, horse feeding, riding lessons, and camp programmes for all ages. The stable's gentle horses — many of them ex-racehorses given a second life — are a highlight that keeps families coming back.
For families with young children, I strongly recommend to bring young kids here instead of our usual shopping malls. Here, young children can feed/ touch ponies/ horses… and even ride on them. Teach them the care of gentle animals… And for a small fee, u don’t have to travel overseas/ JB for such activities. Kindly pls spare a tot…their staff are working under the scotching sun, day in, day out. And especially so for those that accompany the pony / customer rider and walk round and round the field. So sometimes it’s understandable they may not have the widest smile or friendliest attitude all day long. Also.. Pls check if they are open before going. Becos it’s a long way to Pasir Ris Park!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A memorable outing for young children who love animals — interacting with named, gentle horses in a shaded park setting is a refreshing contrast to indoor family activities. The walk-in pony rides and feeding make it accessible even for toddlers, and the affordable per-activity pricing keeps the outing budget-friendly.

“Had a lovely time at Gallop Stable Pasir Ris. The staff were accommodating, and I especially enjoyed meeting Kimmy, who was gentle and very charming. It happened to rain during our visit, but after a short wait the horse ride continued smoothly. The horses are adorable, they knew exactly when there were no more carrots left, which was so cute. A simple, relaxing experience and worth a visit.”

“Meeting the horses were so cool !!! I got to feed and pet them, as well as ride them I met three horses, Bridgette the chestnut horse, Kimmy the fair horse and Ruby the one that lets you ride them. It's so worth it to try it out, feeding was 2 sgd per bucket while riding was 15 sgd. Edit because I forgot to mention, the staff were super friendly and helpful !!!”

“Nasty staff. They talk to children and parents so rudely. To many of us who were there it was our first time with our children. The staff were unkind and unpleasant with the instructions on what to do. Instead of guiding the children on how to wear the helmets and check for safety, they just asked sarcastically to the kids in the riding queue, "Are you ready? Are you ready?" And roll their eyes. If they think that the child is not ready the ride, the correct way to handle is to say, "Please put on the helmet, choose the right size, and check that it is well fitted." Instead if just staring at the children and asking "so are you ready?" Horrible attitudes and behaviour that spoilt what would have been a nice family outing. Other than horrible staff attitude, the place is beautiful, under the canopy of trees, horses seem well-groomed, there is a small shop selling canned drinks and some sticker type of art and craft. I would go back again but hopefully the staff are better trained and not so rude and unfriendly.”
