Went on Wednesday at 2pm and was surprised to find that it was pretty busy! Would recommend making a reservation first. Food was very creative and very delicious. Sea urchin herb butter linguine was rich and had a generous amount of seafood. Portobello toast had lots of different components and was very unique, altho I would say it would be better if the tuile was more crispy and there was a bit less cream cheese for better balance. The shoestring fries with garlic aioli dip was great too. We were also surprised by the quality of the sparkling raspberry lychee (not pictured) - most places just mix soda with a bit of syrup but the one here was not stingy at all and did actually taste like real lychee. Spent a total of $88 for 2 which is not cheap, but food was good quality!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A relaxed lunch or weekend brunch destination for families with older children who enjoy a more grown-up dining atmosphere. Outdoor rooftop seating is available when indoor noise levels rise. Reservations are recommended, particularly for weekday lunch when the space fills quickly.

Located via a small access lift. Walking into the space immediately presented warm and cozy energy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill lunch/dinner minimalist vibe. They also have a really artsy retail shelf filled with chic kitchenwares. The overall dining experience was nothing short of amazing while still maintaining a more than casual atmosphere. We had the Valentine’s Day special with the addition of a glass of wine each. Only remark for improvement would be timing between dishes as my partner and I felt it might’ve been a little bit long between courses and wondered if it were forgotten. However, perhaps worth the wait type of deal as the food was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try the other dishes on the main menu.

i can’t say i’m frequent but i visit here enough to know that this is a place i’ll put my money and bring people i love to. good food, fantastic wine line, good atmosphere tho it can get abit noisy indoors but hey you can sit outside! and the gem is this lady called bernadette and you’d definitely want to be in her good books.

Great little brunch spot in Holland Village … and a rooftop to boot! Can get busy but we were able to walk in and get an outdoor table. Good coffee and nice options for breakfast, I enjoyed the açai bowl … lots of tasty fruit! The avo toast was also yummy. Would definitely hit this place up again.

Overview

Frankie and Fern's occupies a rooftop perch above Holland Village MRT, accessible by a small lift beside UOB bank. The menu leans creative — sea urchin linguine, wood-roasted pork belly, açai bowls, and house-made sparkling drinks that genuinely taste of their named ingredients. Brunch runs most days with dinner service available Thursday through Monday. A curated kitchenware retail shelf adds an artsy touch to the compact, warmly lit space.
