Forest Adventure is an excellent self-guided ropes confidence course set in the beautiful Bedok Reservoir surroundings. We took the bus and alighted @ Temasek Poly, then walked through the campus (shortest route). We also had snacks at the McDonald’s @ Temasek Poly after completing our course. There is no toilet facilities @ Forest Adventure. The nearest public toilet is at PA Wave, a 5-minute walk away. This is NOT a drop-and-go activity. The course is unaccompanied, as clearly stated, so you need to stay and be the cheer buddy for your kids. Forest Adventure is also not suitable for children who are afraid of heights or have never tried a ropes course and shown interest. I wouldn’t recommend this as a birthday venue for kids under 13. There was a clear safety briefing, Ms Shakira was firm (in a good way), with loud and clear delivery. The kids then went through a very easy intro course to make sure they understood what to do. Clear instructions are also posted at every station for them to refer to if they forget. Forest Adventure is a great experience for kids who enjoy a challenge — being unaccompanied is empowering. If you’re not joining them on the ropes, going in pairs (friend or sibling) works better. The zip line at the end of the Green Course (included in the Junior Course) is especially fun, as it zips across the water. The Grand Course and BIG ZIP require a minimum height of 145 cm and 50 kg (up to 130 kg). We went in the afternoon during the December 2025 school holidays (weekday) and it wasn’t too crowded. It rained heavily 15 minutes before our slot and we were given the option to postpone or proceed. The kids had a blast, but their shoes and pants were sandy from the zip line. It’s all good fun, just bring a change of clothes! It took us about 1.5 hours to complete the entire Junior Course. While that may sound short, it was honestly more than enough. The quality of the ropes confidence course is good.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Confident kids aged 8 and up who are comfortable with heights will genuinely rise to the challenge here. The unaccompanied format feels empowering for children who are ready for it. Parents who aren't joining on the ropes will find shaded seating nearby to watch and cheer from below.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Pack a change of clothes and towel — zip line landings leave shoes and pants sandy
Nearest public toilet is a five-minute walk at PA Wave, not on-site
🎟️Bus 67 to Clearwater Condo stop is closer than Bedok Reservoir MRT
🚗Kids going without a parent on the ropes do better paired with a sibling or friend

Great experience. There are several courses you can choose. Each can comprise of several routes. For the Grand Course, you get to go for 3 or 4 routes. In between you are back at the 'base' and can rest as long as you want. The Grand Course took me 3+ hours, longer than the 2.5 hours estimated by the company. Staff are well trained and give a good briefing and training before you start. Once you start though, you are on your own. It does take a certain level of fitness, balance ability and I guess you can't be too fearful of heights or too "gu-niang" :) Safety is well managed. The main safety line cannot be detached until the end of each course. In addition there is a backup manual safety line. There are numerous short zip lines and a few long ones.

Lucky the weather was good. The kids really enjoyed themselves and took a long time on the course and they could choose which course to do. Challenging but fun. Lots of nature and squirrels to look at but be careful that they take your food.

Super fun place for the kiddos. Fun activity for different age groups. Definitely bringing them over again. This was our second time here, and it was better than the first! The folks here are super helpful and friendly!
