“We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday party here yesterday and had a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were friendly and very responsive—every question I had during the booking process was answered quickly and clearly. The event was held at their indoor arena, which was a perfect size for a group of twelve 7-year-olds. The game marshals gave clear instructions and guidance, so the kids could enjoy themselves safely and without any issues. I do think the games are best suited for ages 7 and up; younger children might find it a bit challenging. For adults, an outdoor setting might be more exciting. One minor drawback was the limited time and space for birthday decorations. They do offer decorating for an extra fee, but honestly the boys weren’t interested in décor—they just wanted to play more laser tag! Another small inconvenience is that the venue can be a little tricky to find, though the detailed directions the company sent made it much easier. Overall, it was a wonderful party and I’d happily recommend this place for a fun and well-organized laser tag birthday.”

“We had a very enjoyable and effective corporate bonding event with a laser tag session at Trio Mall. The friendly competition was a great way to unwind and forget about work for the afternoon. Located within the mall, the team had cleverly redesigned an air conditioned room into a laser tag arena with inflatable fixtures and tyre wheels. Although simple, the setup was surprisingly fun. Unlike other laser tag experiences, I appreciated the variety of rifle types and thoughtfully executed game modes, from capture the flag to team deathmatch and counter terrorist vs terrorists. Overall, it was a very well-executed and successful corporate bonding event.”
