This review is for Wan at Cow Play Cow Moo, Wisteria Mall — such a genuinely nice and helpful guy. You can really tell he enjoys his job and takes pride in what he does. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain things clearly without ever rushing us. It’s rare to meet someone who makes a simple visit to an arcade feel so welcoming. The place itself is always lively and fun, but it’s staff like Wan who make the whole experience stand out. Hope the management recognises how great he is — he’s definitely the kind of person who keeps customers coming back.

“Very pleased to see such arcade around neighborhood estate unfortunately they are very very shortage of manpower. Quite a number of machines required to have game service personal to solve the technical issue thus CPCM staffs can’t assist to solve the issues nonetheless staffs were very friendly and approachable. It can be very very messy when it comes to counting of tickets. Kind of a nightmare and tiring. Many games option and it’s very loud. Yea~ arcade must be noisy ya. Have fun guys. You won’t be bored for sure.”
