“As someone unfamiliar with this arcade, I went to the token exchange machine and bought $42 worth of tokens. When I used them on the arcade machines with a token slot, it didn't work. Only after asking a staff did I realise that the tokens were for claw machines only and not for the arcade machines. This was not labelled anywhere on the token exchange machine, and I had unwittingly spent my money on something I had not planned on doing.”

“On top of the lack of machine choices, more than half of the machines are unplayable. Most machines do not have staff attending to it as well. Came all the way to visit its new opening but its the worst outlet so far.”

“Supposed to be a family-fun game. But ended up the hook is so hard to hooked in. All hooked are slented. And staff is sitting down using hp most of the time. Some machines are empty. And not being arranged.”
