We always have a wonderful experience at Cow Play Cow Moo at Northshore Plaza! Mr Ramanan and Ms Jia Ying are always so warm and welcoming, making customers feel right at home the moment we walked in. The staff who help out whenever we have any errors with the machines: Seng, Syafiq, Irfan and Gillian are so attentive, helpful, and really make an effort to fix the problem and ensure you have a great time. The atmosphere is super fun and inviting, and you can tell the team loves what they do. I am a repeat customer to this particular outlet. The vibes at the other outlets, cannot compare to the customer service I receive here. I highly recommend visiting the Northshore Plaza outlet.

“Great service by the counter executive (Ms Jia Ying) and the supervisor(Mr Ramanan) in the Northshore outlet! She is attentive and patient with my numerous enquiries. She also has excellent product knowledge and has good knowledge of each machine’s card system. The supervisor handles machine enquiries well and arrives swiftly upon us requesting for assistance. He is always ready to render his kind help too! There’s another counter chinese uncle who is friendly and gives good recommendations on the token packages! It’s a joy to play and have fun in the Northshore outlet!”

“Cow Play Cow Moo at Northshore Level 3 has two sides. One side is for the claw machine while the other side is for the arcade games. The arcade games looked relatively big and deep - full of games. However, the maintenance of the machines are not as well or under expectations. The ticket counting machines has many issues and could not transfer the ticket points into the membership card. Nonetheless, the assistance was helpful to manually key the ticket points into the card.”
