“to the lady at the front counter, if you cannot even treat customers with basic respect or answer a simple question without getting mad, then please don’t work in the service industry. an absolutely unpleasant experience, will never visit this outlet again for the sole reason of not speaking to this lady at the cashier, decided to be rude over a general inquiry on the system ive read through many reviews under this outlet and i see the same repetitive complaints about the cashier and machine selections, but still clearly no action taken, think twice before visiting or your day might be ruined like ours.”
