“This arcade is special to my friends and me as we used to go there often after school. However, over the last year, the Taiko machine has deteriorated a lot. The drumstick is splintered badly as if it's been chewed on, and both drums have sensing issues. There was a nice worker who came to help us, and the machine worked for a short while after he fiddled with it, but almost immediately once he left the machine kept malfunctioning again. For example, on the page to select difficulty levels, many times the drum won't detect hits at all, meaning we can't select our preferred difficulty. Also, when we play songs, many notes do not get sensed. We really love this arcade and it's been a staple hangout spot for us, so we would really appreciate if the machine could be fixed :( On a happier note, the rhythm game section in this arcade is incredible!”

“It's a wonderful place with not very pricey games and the membership card is only around... $1 if I am not wrong and there are plenty of very good deals and the claw machines are, yes, not a scam!! This is my to-go arcade with my mum and brothers. Despite considering how I'm just a teenager, I still managed to catch 2 prizes easily! Some workers are very on and helpful while some are... Questionable whether they want to be there or not...‼️”

“First time explore had alot of interesting games to play out. Sadly the basketball section the balls are less. So hard to beat the score. Received alot of tickets but the staff is not really helpful on assisting what to do next and expect us to know everything ourselves. Top up of the tickets also need the staff to refill as the tickets slot is empty. Overall it is a good experience just need to approach staff to do their work by asking them.”

“Horrible experience. Exchanged $10 worth of tokens for some claw machine and half of the prizes are placed out of the claw’s reach. You wouldn’t know it until you put in the tokens. I know the odds are always in the favor of the machine owners but this is ridiculous. The machines are not all operable too. Our tokens ($2 worth) got stuck and we approached 2 staff. Both of them are unresponsive and seems agitated when customers approached them for help. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.”
